Meet Michael Dillard - Broker Associate
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Michael served as Regional Manager for the 3M Company in New England. In 1987, he moved to Southwest Florida where he put his 25 - year knowledge of sales with this Fortune 500 Company to work in his new career as a real estate agent with the environmentally renowned Bonita Bay Group. Michael was one of only three original sales agents hired to represent the developer of this award-winning community. During his nine years of selling for Bonita Bay, he was honored as one of the top sales agents every year from 1988 to 1997. While at Bonita Bay Michael was honored with 9 Pinnacle Awards, presented by the Lee Building Industry Association, for Top Number of Sales and Top dollar Volume.
Since joining John R. Wood Realtors in 1997 Michael and his team have been consistent top producers, named to the President's Platinum Circle of Excellence, each year. The Dillard Team has also represented the top 5% of sales Agents company-wide over the past six years, and in 2002, was named the top producing team for the firm. Michael's passions outside of Real Estate are his family, golf and scuba diving.
Meet Karen LaMendola Administrative Partner
As the Dillard Team’s Administrative Partner and Client Care Manager Karen directs the day to day business transactions for our clients and our team. Karen’s 15 years of experience in the construction industry brings a wealth of knowledge to better serve our clients concerns and needs to ensure a smooth transaction every time.
She has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Bowie State University in Maryland. She also has earned her CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation from the National Home Building Association and also is a licensed CAM in Florida (Community Association Manager). These designations coupled with her impeccable customer service skills enable her to handle any issue which may arise in the selling and/or purchase of a home.
Prior to Karen’s move to Florida in 1999 she spent 21 years in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Her hobbies include quilting, machine embroidery and watching her son as he participates in various sports activities.
Meet Jennifer Finazzo/Realtor Partner
Jennifer's extensive experience in General Real Estate Sales and Residential Community Development will assist her in helping you find the perfect home for your lifestyle. Her sales highlights include Sales Excellence Award Winner each year over the past 5 years with 5 million dollar plus sales activity. When she was with Prudential she independently generated and completed over 60 transactions with buyers and sellers. In addition to her sales activities she assisted with the design and development of five custom home projects.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Rapport Leadership Institute and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Jennifer's other interests include spending time with her family, riding wave runners, basketball and hockey.
