Biography - Meet Michael Dillard

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Michael served as Regional Manager for the 3M Company in New England. In 1987, he moved to Southwest Florida where he put his 25 - year knowledge of sales with this Fortune 500 Company to work in his new career as a real estate agent with the environmentally renowned Bonita Bay Group. Michael was one of only three original sales agents hired to represent the developer of this award-winning community. During his nine years of selling for Bonita Bay, he was honored as one of the top sales agents every year from 1988 to 1997. While at Bonita Bay Michael was honored with 9 Pinnacle Awards, presented by the Lee Building Industry Association, for Top Number of Sales and Top dollar Volume.

Since joining John R. Wood Realtors in 1997 Michael and his team have been consistent top producers, named to the President's Platinum Circle of Excellence, each year. The Dillard Team has also represented the top 5% of sales Agents company-wide over the past six years, and in 2002, was named the top producing team for the firm. Michael's passions outside of Real Estate are his family, golf and scuba diving.

Biography - Meet Richard Garner

Richard is a 22 year resident of Bonita Springs and a 48 year Florida resident. He has been very active in the local banking industry, holding executive positions with three local area banks, serving most recently as Organizing Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of two banks in Bonita Springs. Richard is active as well in community and civic activities, he has served as Chairman of the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Foundation of the Bonita Springs Chamber, Past President and Director of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, Founding Director of the Foundation of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, Organizing Director of the YMCA of Bonita Springs, Trustee with the Bonita Springs Fire and Rescue District Firefighter’s Pension Board and many other community activities.

Richard and Toby have been married 23 years and live in Bonita Bay with their three children, Emma, Katherine and Jackson.

Biography - Meet Traceé Young

Coming from an extensive marketing background, Traceé Young has joined The Dillard Team as Marketing Assistant. With over 10 years experience in the Southwest Florida real estate industry, she brings a plethora of personal and Internet knowledge to the table. "I enjoy all aspects of putting together marketing materials from research to proofreading and finalizing," she has commented.

Traceé hails from New Jersey, earned a BS Management degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University of Florida. Besides real estate and marketing experience, she has also held positions in publishing, customer service, management, and accounting. Her hobbies include playing the flute and piccolo, spending time with her family (especially her two children), and blogging online.
