As we reported last time, the number of November closed sales were excellent and December was off to a great start. We are happy to inform you that 2013 was a super year and we’re off and running in 2014! John R. Wood Properties exceeded their $1.750 billion goal for the year and actually hit $1.901 billion in written sales (representing nearly 3500 transactions)!
